What we do

Glamorgan Blended Learning Ltd is a co-operative social enterprise that wants to encourage participation in sports, science, engineering and the arts.

We trade in computing and other information and advisory services relating to information technology, the arts, law and sciences. Through the capital we raise we provide services to disadvantaged and other social groups. These projects are in the fields of community arts, community education, and community regeneration.

Young People at the Emotivate Project openingWe pioneered the use of the ‘P4′ model, which stands for ‘people-private-public partnership’, and is our approach to the Big Society. Our ‘Emotivate Project‘ brings together young offenders, other young people (e.g. as left), private building contractors, and other volunteers. Using finance from the Co-operative Community Fund, the Arts Council for Wales, the Coalfields Regeneration Trust, Pontypridd Town Council, and Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council we have transformed villages like Treforest for the better.

You can also use the button above if you are a business in West Wales and the Valleys that has to collect the 5p tax on single use carrier bags introduced by the Welsh Government. We are always looking for new environmental projects to run so would welcome suggestions and finance from businesses in our region.
